What are some good things to put on my persona....

What are some good things to put on my personal statement? My grandfathers were both officers in the Coast Guard and Navy and my father was a beer drinking ladyizer grunt in the Coast Guard

I wouldn't put the part about the "beer drinking ladyizer" in there, but that might just be me :) . I dunno, I put a bit of thought into it as to whethor it was better to dress up my statement or keep it simple. In the end it just came down to what it would mean to me to serve and how I know I wanted to join. You have to realize they've heard everything before, so its best to keep it as honest and personal as possible. Just my opinion.
