Well part of the reason I was asking is to clarify for you that you need to be an American Citizen to apply, and on top of that you need to renounce any other citizenship you have. I was not judging you, but rather asking a question to clarify something which affects your application.

And 13 tickets is pretty damn excessive. I'm not sure if it is a show-stopper for an application, but you will certainly need to disclose it on your security clearance application.

Note: a life in the military requires thick skin, get used to it.
 
Write your posts as if you give a damn. This means punctuation, capitalization, etc. If you give the appearance of not caring the people with answers to your questions will probably not bother to give them to you.
