I am enlisted as a Electronics Technician for three years now. I came into the NAVY with a BA in Political Science and French. I had applied for OCS the same time I enlisted. I dont think my packet went to a board because I had two Captains call my home wanting to speak to me.. but of coarse I was at great lakes in boot. No one contacted me there. Anyways, I am fluent in french and I studied at the Sorbonne in Paris for a year. I also was an import specialist for US Customs service - intership. My PRT scores are GOOD, and my OAR isnt the best its a 40, and I have 3's and 4's for the other stuff. I have a lot of activites, tennis coach and instructor, v.p and secretaries for college groups, and placed first in military division in rowing competitions. I want to go intel but I also put in for crypto and supply. I was the supply/ budget PO at my unit incharge of 1M a year. I would like to know any info you can share with me. Thanks!

Talk to your Career Counselor and apply. I suggest studying for the ATSB and re-taking the test though and work on your PRT scores.

Good luck!

I dont think OAR scores are a not really a problem. I know a few intel and supply officers that got picked up with only a 30 OAR and a BA in english. I think if you were a civilian they want higher scores but since I am already enlisted I dont think they look for all that. I know they pick from the enlisted packages first.

Just submit and roll the dice. If you get the nix, then study and retest.
