West Coast Helos to Pcola

Forgot to mention in another post. Rumor on the flightline last night at NAS New Orleans was that they were going to have an additional 80-90 helobubbas on their flightline today to help with dispursing the MREs and water that have arrived there. That's additional to the nearly 50 that I would guess were already in the local area last night.

I doubt it would be 3 or 4 legs... Generally it takes us 3 DAYS to get from the east coast to the west coast. And that's flying 3-4 legs per day... I would say it's probably (since PCola is closer than New River), about 8-10 legs, and it will take them 3 days (if they fly 8 hrs per day)...

like I said, complete guess having not known the mileage or the tempo they were flying at.

I no we can make NASP in one LONG leg from the JAX area.
