There is no real limit on the number of waivers an applicant can have. Keep in mind though, the more waivers a guy needs the weeker his application is on the face of it. There better be some very strong points in the balance of the application. Keep in mind that a waiver for anything is not very common in the Navy.

I met all qualifications, nearly aced the ASTB, passed all the physical part of the package, only to get a reply back that I was too old..I'm 27 now, and will be 29 at commissioning. Anybody got any advice? Thanks in advance

Sorry, you are toast for aviation. I'd expect your recruiter already told you that, but then again, he shouldn't have let you go through the process knowing your advanced age. Check with him. I believe Supply, AMDO and maybe Intel are commission by 29. They may be closed though and you can't wait any longer. Good Luck

Here's the thing though, I'm active duty, in the MECEP program, been in 9 years, isn't there anything they will look at considering the amount of time I've already been in?

O.K. Nasty comments about recruiter do not apply to you since you are MECEP. Not sure about Marines, but there is a two year waiver for prior active duty for OCS applicants to the Navy. That still is pushing it for you. The Marines must offer a similar waiver for priors. The other programs I mention are obviously off the table since you are a Marine. Good Luck.

I knew it. I'm surrounded by a**holes!
For SNA isn't it less than 27 at time of commission, with 48 mo. waiver possible for AD?

Hey guys, thanks for the information. I might be able to use that as a springboard since I will be a NAVAL flight officer after all. Wierd thing is, my package came back denied because they said that statistics show that older candidates have a higher failure rate and won't grant a waiver, but they will grant a waiver for ASTB?? Hmm...anyway, thanks, and if you come up with anything, let me know..Take care
