Waivers after Wings

All I can say, is if you have a Flag officer in your COC that is on your side, shit happens quickly.

When Guad was CNATRA, he "motivated" NAMI to get off their behind and get me flying. Also, the head CNATRA flight doc was on my side.
 
Um...maybe now a Buyers' Market? Admittedly nicer when it's a "Sellers' Market". But it's cyclical…timing just means so much...
