How seriously will having a waiver for using marijuana a few times in junior high hurt someone's chances of being selected for STA-21 pilot? Thanks.

From what my recruiter told me its not that big of a deal if it was a couple of times back in the day. he told my roommate that if he scored well on his test it really wont be a big deal at all but that is just what i hear.
