USMC- Waivers for ankle surgery

About 4 years ago, I had surgery done on my fibula bone due to a double hair line fracture. I now have a 1'' screw in my ankle. I have a feeling the Marine Corps are not going to like that part of my medical history, and the last thing I would ever do is lie about it. I am going to speak to a recruiter about this soon but I would like to hear what others have to say about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
