USCG MH-60T Update

Interesting article on USCG approach to longevity of its Jayhawk fleet - I believe a number of those airframes came off Foxtrot line?

Basically replace the core airframe with new metal, use existing dynamic components, hydraulics, electric, avionics, etc.

New production stripped airframes being delivered from LM Sikorsky. Assuming these are off Romeo line?

A good number of these are converted HH-60Hs. All but just a few of HSC-84-85’s old aircraft are, or will be, 60T models.

The cool thing is they come off the line as a zero hour aircraft.
I was going to ask if they reset the odometer!

As noted, these are Navy airframes…

They roll that odometer back just like the used car places right outside the base that say “we finance E1 and up”.
