) but I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a bit of a pickle I'm in. While I was at OCS, all of my medical records were recorded electronically on the Navy-wide system. Apparently, when they ported everything over to my hard-copy folder for use on the ship, some stuff got left out. I was wondering if anyone has been through this before and knows who to talk to to get a copy of my electronic medical record? I've talked to my doc on the ship but he's stumped. Ideally, I'd love to have a PDF copy of my record for safe-keeping. Thanks ahead of time.
