I am a 23 year-old prior service Marine. I want to do PLC (Aviation), but I am cutting it pretty close due to my age, since I am just now starting college. Would the military honor a degree from University of Pheonix? I could get a 4-year degree in under 3 years there. I am noticing a growing trend in people taking online courses and getting their degrees that way, but could I get a PLC aviaition contract with a degree from UOP?

i dont see why you couldnt, it is an ace acredited college, swing by your local OSO and apply for PLC, you have to be currently enrolled full time, i think youd be ok, if you have the time left plc is the way to go, im a prior sgt also i didnt look into going back in until my last year at school so i have to go occ which more difficult to get selected, as long as you can finish ocs by 27 you can go aviation without a waiver.
