I haven't heard a word. I haven't looked at the news yet and I haven't been around the airport or at work.
There is no procedure for loss of cowling and engine damage procedures assume the engine failed.
Like Treetop said - go to a runway. Probably the nearest one unless there was a more suitable one reasonably close to the nearest. Also slow the aircraft down to lessen vibrations and probably put that engine to idle. The plane will fly fine unless the pylon itself or the engine attachment points have been damaged, although the vibrations might be scary to the pax. If the vibrations were really severe, I would consider shutting the engine down.
