Go to a runway
I haven't heard a word. I haven't looked at the news yet and I haven't been around the airport or at work.
There is no procedure for loss of cowling and engine damage procedures assume the engine failed.
Like Treetop said - go to a runway. Probably the nearest one unless there was a more suitable one reasonably close to the nearest. Also slow the aircraft down to lessen vibrations and probably put that engine to idle. The plane will fly fine unless the pylon itself or the engine attachment points have been damaged, although the vibrations might be scary to the pax. If the vibrations were really severe, I would consider shutting the engine down.

Do airliners like the 777 have an engine vibration readout, or is it purely seat of the pants? We have engine vibe sensors in the Rhino that give a number on our engine format, and there is a NATOPS limit for maximum engine vibration. No procedure other than pulling the affected engine to idle.
Disclaimer: I don’t fly the 777.
It can be trimmed out. I would be shocked if an ETOPS aircraft like the 777 doesn’t have a read out of engine vibration. The mighty 737 can be trimmed to fly single engine, and has engine vibration readouts.
