Two Pro Rec-Y's and FINSEL

Searched for a bit but couldn't find an answer regarding this specifically.

If an applicant receives two PRO REC-Y's, do they receive a FINSEL for each or just one or the other?

For instance I received a SNA PRO REC-Y and a SNFO PRO REC-Y. Does this mean I should be good to go for SNA or does this mean there's a chance I'll get a FINSEL for SNFO and have to re-apply if I want SNA?

Just a hunch: If you got a Pro Rec Y for your number 1, that is the one for which I would foresee you getting the FINSEL. Anyone else?

If your first choice was SNA and you were PROREC Y for SNA, you will be processed for SNA.
