Does anyone know if, as a pilot, you can transfer from the Marines to the Navy toward the end of your 6-8 year commitment (especial if you fly the Hornet or the Prowler) and continue to fly? If so does that 6-8 years with the Marines count toward your 20 year retirement benefits and can you carry over your rank as well?
