Transfer after acceptance

My recruiter informed me that if I am selected for my 3rd choice, Intel, that I can ask to be transfered to another billet. (In this case Nuke design). How do I find my chances to transfer? Should I wait for my GPA to improve?

You shouldn't expect to have any sort of transfer approved. If you are hoping to get picked up for Intel for the sole reason of transfering to something else, I would improve your application until you can get picked up for the slot you really want. It is possible to get a transfer (so I'm told), but it's not a sure thing.
