I have a dilema. I'm currently working to finish my commercial and instrument ticket, but am not sure whether or not I should get my CFI as well. Even if I get a flight contract should I still get my CFI/II, or should I just hang out for three more years? What about a multi ticket?
I really enjoy flying, but I don't know how I can stay in the air without some sort of employment through instruction. I'm not really sure about other ways to fly for money since I'll only have aprox 170hrs. But since I'll have it (comm/inst) I might as well use it!Right?
I'm also worried that if the flight contract falls through how I'll be able to make up for all the lost time and won't be able to fly as a career. So should I shell out MORE money and have my CFI as an insurance policy, or save my money and try somthing else? Paying for my CFI ect wouldn't be difficult, but if I don't need it why waste 5K+?
Thanks in advance for your help.
