One slight missunerstanding about flight physicls. They only are good till the month of your birth. That month you can just go down to branch and get it renewed pretty easly. But if you are at OCS and have a birthday and dont have it renewed then you going to have to have another flight physical like yours truly. Also the wavier process can be quite long, depending on your situation but if you want to fly it can be worth it. Or as Dave said you can DOR at any time.
