Yelp has some sparse reviews, but San Jose Square Cleaners, Deerwood Tailoring, and Professional Tailoring & Alterations seem to be the highest rated.
I was going to say go to your local "Men's Wearhouse" (if you have those). May not be cheap, but they know how to tailor gentleman's clothing.
But if you have some good "highly-rated" local merchants, go there first I guess. Just not some place that specializes in tailoring "Crackerjacks". Two VERY different animals.

The NROTC unit at JU uses Eva's Alterations on University. Took all my middie/ENS uniforms to be altered to her. Quick and easy.
