That's how it used to be. One squadron was at Barber's Point and the other at Pax River.

We got to do a RIMPAC shore det out of there once. The museum version of a ready room actually became our briefing space. That was a blast.

If they are going to build a compound from the ground up there is room at Cherry Point. With their securty concerns I cannot picture them doubling up in the VMGR spaces.
