unfortunately I think you're gonna see a lower quality winged aviator on average because TRACOM + FRS will have a reduced attrition budget.

Put another way, getting through NIFE/Primary may be a predictor of success, but if they're planning for less attrition in Advanced/FRS, you're gonna have (more?) pressure to "just get them through"
