Have you been to BDOC and ADOC? Are you also the Crypto manager for the ship? Most COMMOs on small boys are and there are courses for that. I believe there's a Fleet COMMO course but any gouge I have is over a decade old and probably no good anymore.
What collateral duties do you have? There are sometimes courses that you have to take for that as well.
