That's kind of tacky. I stow mine in the left calf pocket.
Yeah I kind of figured. I've asked said studs and they picked it up on their summer cruises.

Ooooopps ...... but hey, we had sideburns, too ... :)

The West Coast FRS was also real big on uniforms due to the FRACs who were going through the syllabus alongside the pilots. But they were still kind of in bootcamp mode, or at least more so than the pilots.

I've definitely seen that. Since I've been here, in addition to the shades, I've been chewed out for my backpack (it's grey, not black or navy blue) and if there is so much as one hair on my head out of place, there is always a chief there with a "friendly reminder" to go to the barber.

You could always suggest you do it after the two of you go to the gym...:D

Excuse the gross stereotyping....

Yeah, so do I, but I have the feeling they're nowhere near the 1970s standard. We all know your watch preference, but now tell us...what kind of shades do you sport?

Several types of shades over the eons .... it's still evolving ... like the "perfect" suitcase ... the "perfect laptop .... the "perfect" Delmonico ... but when it "counted" ???

That's my shoe in the foreground -- I usually wore one, carried the other (please note: with cruise sock "firmly" attached) , USN blankie, and book on Steel Beach ... and my shades ... you figure it out, and the first two guesses don't count. :)
