Stupid Questions about Naval Aviation (Part 3)

If I want to aim for applying to TPS, but have a biology degree, is it feasible to get a masters degree in some flavor of engineering while actively in?

Theoretically, at what point in the process would I start looking into obtaining one? TIAA!
