I sent him a classic "Hey Sir, I'm an Ensign and..." message on Twitter and he emailed me a reply in less than an hour. He's awesome.
He was the VAW skipper in my first airwing. Awesome dude, from what snippets I actually remember in the Fallon clerb. Good for him

Maybe a dumb question, I was falling down Wikipedia rabbit holes and noticed there’s a P-8 based in Dallas and all it says is it’s used by BUPERS. Why is it there?
