gpa 3.4 w/ a b.s. in physics from Univ Mo-Rolla

Prior AE3 w/2 years active duty (6 moths sea duty)
Current IS2 in Reserves (1-1/2 years)
31 years old

NFO/Intel
Combined GPA of 3.86 with a BS in Information Technology from University of Phoenix
ASTB 74/7/8/9 (I agree with jbernes on owing someone a few beers for the study gouge)
3 LORs (Army Major, Pastor of my curch, asst manager at work)
3 Intel Officer Interviews (2 - O-5 and 1 - O-3)
CO recommendation
Active in community (4 years reserve Deputy Sheriff, 1 year EMS first responder)
(I'm sure I'm leaving a couple things out...)

I was non-select for NFO and INTEL. I'm working on re-applying.
Errors I think I made in the first application:
1 - I rushed the process due to the age limit on NFO.
2 - one of the O-5 interviews had a 9 on it, but a strong write-up. I should have removed this from the application (The officer seems to be someone who doesn't give anyone all 10s)
3 - I didn't initial the application on one spot that asked for it or sign it in another (I did sign the bottom of the last page) :censored_ I think this was a big deal. It was a new form for recruiting, so they didn't catch it either... My responsibility though (goes back to rushing the application).

I'm waiting to recieve a copy of my 2004 evals (ranked 1 of 5 and EP), and for my degree to be posted to my transcript. Then I am resubmitting. NFO/INTEL/CRYPTO.

The moral of this story - go over your application with a fine tooth comb (and remember to sign it :banghead_ )

Took test last week:

OAR 50
AQR 6
FOFAR 6
PFAR 8
My recruiter (a current pilot) seemed excited

3.0 BBA in Finance
Very good LORs from employers, former Navy enlisted, and professors
Worked and went to school full-time since high school while attaining 5 financial licenses (which I got before the degree!)
Been studying martial arts for 7 years, was an instructor for a while
No PRT yet, waiting for pro-req, will be pretty good though.

1. Pilot, 2. NFO, 3. Supply

Recruiter said not to sweat it for at least 2 months.....ya right. Maybe he meant not to get any sleep and go crazy for the next 2 months! :shake_125
