In preparation for my FY-12 STA-21 package I was curious if anyone had any gouge on where to affix/stamp the certified to be true label on documents that require it?

Your admin department should know. Im not sure what the reference is but my admin guy put it in any available area on the documents. I got selected so i guess he did right. There might be direction on it in the Navy Correspondence manual.
