When I was at JSC in the mid 90's STS sytems were kept on microfiche (and alot 0f it) with parts of it missing. Rockwell would charge an arm and a leg to replace missing pages.

2P boards are generally a 3710/NATOPS/Repo scenario/systems board, with a sprinkling of tactics. Upgrading TACCOs have their own systems board at a similar point in the upgrading process.

Probably most guys who have not done a small deck deployment or the dissasoch. They don't even call it sweepers on some carriers.

I'd venture to guess that some P3 outfits are worse than OCS for calling walls bulkheads, doors hatches, etc. Just to prove they really are the Navy.
