For any SNFOs coming down soon, title says it all. I'm currently in the a-pool and this was announced by the LT at muster before Christmas leave. Said it was a long time coming but now will be in effect with first class of 2011. What it will be next week or how it works...no idea...black magic I believe...

Before this goes any further like this type of thread always does, DON'T SWEAT THIS CRAP. Unless primary has changed in the last 2 years, you gotta work pretty hard at sucking to be flirting with attrition for not making the NSS cut. Advice for flight school in general , and if you come prepared to every flight, sim or class, and can fog a mirror, your IP's will teach you the rest and you will succeed.
