I'm enroute to north island from meridian for sere. Did the flight doc at meridian have to sign off on my sere medical screening form or is there a doc at north island that does that?
 
There were a good amount of people at Brunswick who didn't have the form filled out. It turned out to not be a big deal, the flight doc there just signed off on it. But North Island may be completely different.
 
I think you should have to go through twice just for not following directions.
 
Doc at Brunswick found things he did not like in my medical record. Even though I had been cleares 100% by NOMI.

He was a bitter, angry ex-A6 pilot IIRC.
