Very nice house located on HW 98 which is 3 minutes from the front gate and 10 minutes from downtown(Seville Maguires). The location is clutch for the long wait for API and for NFO's who have to wait forever for primary. Big backyard with shed for storage.
2 rooms will be available to rent at the beginning of December. One SNA will be living there for the month of december then will be leaving freeing a 3rd bedroom. I'm currently a SNA going through advanced in Corpus. Would appreciate any help finding renters. Also rent is real cheap.
