4/2 Bedroom House 5 minutes outside the back gate of NAS Pensacola. Room, utilities, electric, etc. split per number of roommates. Master bedroom available. The residence is already occupied by two residents, and we are looking for a third roommate. We have already lived in the residence for 7 months, and are simply looking to replace our pilot roommates who have left with either an SNA, or an SNFO. We both are SNFOs, one awaiting API, and the other in Primary. We're both from the Midwest (University of Kansas ROCK CHALK!!) so we're both laid back and easy to get a long with. The residence has a covered pool, is furnished (rooms are vacant), a maintenance/lawn man, and a management company. More importantly, the house is in excellent condition (owned by former Blue Angel), and was built in the last 5 years. Room will be available 14April2008 +/-3 days.
