I'm currently renting a condo about 550' from the beach and about a 25 minute drive to MCAS New River or Camp Lejeune. The first floor is available for rent including 2 rooms, a full bathroom and laundry room. The middle floor is the kitchen, family room/dining room which would be shared. I'm living upstairs on the third floor. Rent is $600/mo plus utilities. Very nice, brand new condo. Right next to the beach and intracoastal waterway and near lots of restaurants.
