Room wanted in Pensacola

Hello all, I'm going to be arriving in Pensacola mid October (14th/15th), looking for a room to rent. I'll be comming down on my motorcycle, so won't have too much stuff with me. My wife will be living at our house in DC, so I may have some HHG delivered, but won't be able to bring much.

Would like to spend $400 or less (I'm already paying a mortgage!)
A place between NAS and Whiting Field would be nice, so I don't have to move between training.
No preference between male/female
No cats a must (I'm allergic!)
Prefer non-smokers
A garage spot for my motorcycle would be awesome
Bedroom furnishings a plus, but if necessary I can buy whatever I need
Own Bathroom a plus
Prefer a house over an apartment, but not necessary

Just giving my preferences, everything's negotiable (except the cats).
