3 snfo's, all about to start api are looking for a roommate for any amount of time between now and the end of august when our lease expires. 2, 3, 6 months are all fine. You wouldnt be on the lease, so nothing would be binding.
The house is on Perdido Key, within 2 minutes walk of the beach. And if the wait for api remains anything close to what it has been, close proximity to the beach will be key. Your room would come furnished with a bed, bureau, and lightstand. You would also have a full bathroom all to yourself.
We've been living here since september, so pots, pans, tv, everything is already set up. We just need someone to help defray some rent costs. 450 per month, cable, dvr, wireless, etc.
