What about Point Man by Chief Watson? I thought it was a good book and the guy is one heck of a motivational speaker.
Both Point Man and Walking Point were awesome books. Very motivational and informative about what the teams used to be like, from a plankowners perspective.

We had him come speak to the unit for a "motivational" talk. We had a female MIDN ask something about females in the SpecWar field and his response was as follows:
It was potentially one of the funniest things I have ever heard or witnessed. Our XO ( a female NFO) had to be restrained by our CO. Priceless.
