Computer screenings are going away rapidly, I work at a fortune 50 company and I have friends that work at other Fortune 50 or 100 companies, none use computer screenings anymore, it is too easy to figure out the key words and phrases and trick the system, my neighbor who is a hiring mgr at a big company said the computer screening added countless hours to the next step because he would find people that would get the key words but didn't actually have the needed background, then per policy they had to request all the resume's, so then he was digging through tons of resumes not doing his actual job.
I actually haven't run into any recruiters at career fairs in the past few years who work at companies that use computer screenings anymore, but I know there are some out there still.
