Reasons not to get Final Select?

Ok guys, I've been Pro Rec'd for NFO and am playing that long waiting game once again to get picked up. What are the reasons to not get final selected? If I passed the Physical and PRT am I pretty much good to go?

Looks like some of us are on the same boat...my findocs went out about a month ago for SNA and still no word.
