Didn't notice anyone mention www.militarybyowner.com. Some regions have a lot more listings than others, but generally a good place to look.

If you hate all the spam that comes from registering on the realty sites, just create a yahoo email account with fictitous info and use that.

By the way, my personal experience with USAA mortgage sucked. Certainly wasn't the USAA customer service I was used to and expected. I won't use them again.
 
I would be renting out my house in JAX, and start gaining properties as well, but it is currently occupied by a Squatter.
