Does anyone know how effective LOR's are? I have 1 from a recently retired Admiral and 2 from currently serving Captains in the Navy.

The people that wrote you LOR's have they seen you perform in work/volunteer/leadership roles? Have they seen you do these things over time such as at least 6-12 months, that is important.

Yes, I have known them for over 15 years, I also have a letter from my Academic advisor at my school. Is there a limit on how many LOR's we can submit?
