Anyone here own multiple properties? I might be going to SD, in which case I'd purchase a second home in addition to my AK one im renting out and rent it out after the following PCS. Has anyone here done that? I'm curious as to experiences where cash flow might be tight due to multiple vacancies, repairs, etc, or whether it worked out really well.

Although prices have come down a bit in SD, my guess is that a JO probably still isn't going to be able to afford anything there that's not in a shitty part of town, or out in the boonies. Other than that, I'm all for it.
