Re-select E2/C2 out of primary again for FY13 studs?

Word 'round these parts is that the "new/old" selection option of E2/C2 out of primary will finally be going into effect in 6 months. However,

It's a "Marine Student Marine Aviator." Generally only found on grade sheets written by Marine IPs. Apparently the word "Marine" being linked to "Naval" is lost on some...or many.

Gator beat me to it. But the new selection process has now been implemented (as of Dec 19 in Kingsville). Those selected under the previous method will continue in that way. Those selecting now will have an E2/C2 option out of primary.
