The first leg dog legs around the DAY Class C ;) Extra credit!
After all I want him to wait until he's an FO at a regional before he gets his first " I have a phone number for you - advise when ready to copy" call from ATC ;)

My students dad owns both a Yak and a T-34B and will be acting as chase. I get to instruct in the T-34B to do his son's HP/Complex endorsement after we wrap up the Private :)

It's pretty not fun in Lemoore/Central Valley area, the norm the past couple of weeks has been shooting PARs to near mins and having to fly to fly 100mi offshore or to the far eastern side of the 2508 to find clear air.

It also smells like a giant campfire outside which I guess is an improvement over the normal cow manure smell...
Meridian is beautiful. You could always come back.

I use a Sentry and it works very well. It has yet to drop a signal (although it will happen) and keeps up with the busy DC are traffic. Excellent battery life and quite small.
So is it the Sentry mini you rock'n there, or you find the standard small enough?
