i talked to an oso a few years ago and only went as far as him asking me to fill out a questionaire about things like my criminal history and drug use, i wasnt very serious about it then and never followed it up am considering joining the navy was unsure if my answers would still be on record just hoping i didnt lie back then, all though i was pretty irresponsible.

I am no expert, but, I'd imagine that those items would get filed in the round file after the OSO realized he wasn't going to get a contract. I wouldn't sweat it.
