Hi all,

Looking into the process for applying for an intelligence officer position with the Navy. Wondering if anyone can tell me if the OAR can be waived? I had found a resource online stating that it can depending on the applicant's background, experience etc as stated by the resource. Curious if anyone has heard and knows a bit about this? Appreciate any and all insight, thank you.
