Question for the Chiefs re: uniforms

I'm curious what the regs are on the enlisted utility blouse. Occasionally, I have seen a few enlisted folk walking around in utilities with the blouse fully untucked. Are there regs on this?
Seems largely sloppy looking but perhaps there is a reason behind it.

Really? Don't know your background, your profile is of little use, but there is this thing called a uniform manual. Check it out.

Edit: Not to be a complete ass, if they're female, they're likely pregnant. Then yes, it's fine, there is a prego uniform.
 
If by "utilities" we are talking the BDUs ( I know they call them utilities) Then it is worn untucked I believe. At least we wore them untucked in ROTC.... The regs are they are worn untucked as far as I know. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
