Question about old flight records....

Hey guys...
Got a question as to where I can attain my old flight records. I fly for the Army now, and finally decided to do a competency test. I have everything logged in a general book, but want my official records. I figured I would check online, but no joy.

Or if anyone knows an easier route to attaining my ratings, let me know...thanks..

The Naval Safety Center and the Aviation Data Warehouse both maintain databases of flight time based on NALCOMIS or older yellow sheet inputs. It may take a bit of wading through the levels of bureaucracy to get to it, but they might be able to recreate a record of your Navy flight time.

You don't have your logbooks? If not, then you may be screwed. Maybe you could contact your last squadron and ask (bribe them) for a NALCOMIS download. Good luck.

Thanks Brett, I figured I would have to do that.

Brett,

Are you talking to yourself?

Just when we thought things couldn't get worse, Brett goes & clones himself. :D

Impossible. I am one of a kind, so when I'm gone, they're breaking the mold - to the relief of many, I presume. :D
