Puerto Rico Petrolium Facility Explosion

I don't know about the petrolium facility, but at the petroleum facility I'd doubt it. While there are a lot of safety measures in place, there's still a lot of highly combustible material. Who knows the condition of the equipment, especially being close to saltwater. Accidents happen, and we've had them happen over here before.
