The PRT goes like this

Sit-ups for two minutes--your partner puts their knees on either side of your feet and holds your feet with their hands. Remember that the key to maxing them out is to do them right....but if you have long arms, you will be lucky because it's when your elbow touches touches your thigh that you go back down.

Push-ups for two minutes--must break the 90 degree plane. Both feet remain on the ground and butt out of the the air. Both hands must remain on the ground as well.

Run--1.5 miles.....self explanatory.

The only "break" in between is the time that it takes to time your partner and give a score....generally about 3 minutes. Before the run you may have an extra minute or two to stretch, but generally it's a very quick evolution.
