PRT question

m0tbaillie

Former SWO
Question about the bi-annual PRT for BDCP. Does anyone know if we get re-measured/weighed each time we take it?

I wanted to start lifting heavy again and I'm afraid to take any supplements (i.e. creatine) that would make me put on any weight so close (Oct) to the next PRT.

Ya, you typically get weighed and measured again (at least I did). Don't worry about weight. If you're ripped and too heavy, it's not a problem.... unless you start pushing 235 (limits for aviation..... ejection seat, blah blah blah).

You only get measured if you are not within weight standards. and yes you are weighed before EVERY PRT, it's part of the process.

Yeah, well. The Dude abides.
While you will gain muscle mass, you will be losing fat also when heavy lifting, so I wouldn't worry about the weight test. Plus I've heard the ladies love it...
