Pro Rec'd but non-Select

I know alot of people wonder about this, myself included. I was wondering if anyone was willing to share they're experences on this topic. Just to give others and idea about the "odds" or reasons for non-select.

It happened to me last year. But I dont know why. When I inquired, they basically told me in a nice way that it wasn't worth their time to tell me such things. But it can happen.
